Being built with regulated care teams

Less admin for care teams.
Clearer oversight for providers.

LogUp is being built with regulated care teams to reduce paperwork, improve visibility, and create software that reflects the reality of day-to-day care operations.

We’re inviting care leaders and frontline teams to help shape it before it is fully built.

Early-stage. Co-designed. Human-led.

For regulated care providers, managers, Persons in Charge, governance leads, and frontline teams.

Why we’re building

Care teams are carrying too much admin

Across regulated care, teams are doing vital work while also trying to document, evidence, and prove that work across systems that often do not reflect the reality of the shift.

01

Too much paperwork

Care teams lose time to duplicated notes, scattered records, and admin that pulls attention away from care.

02

Too little visibility

Managers and providers need clearer oversight without creating more work for frontline teams.

03

Too much inspection pressure

When evidence is hard to find, reviews and inspections become more stressful than they need to be.

Our approach

Built with the people closest to the work

LogUp is being shaped through conversations with the people who understand regulated care work best: frontline teams, managers, Persons in Charge, governance leads, and providers.

Listen first

We start with real operational pain, not assumptions.

Design for the shift

Software should support care teams in the flow of work, not add another burden.

Keep humans in control

Technology can support clarity and reduce admin, but people remain responsible for review, decisions, and judgement.

What we believe

Better systems should adapt to care teams — not the other way around

Too often, care teams are asked to adapt to rigid systems. LogUp is being shaped around real workflows, real pressures, and real evidence needs — with the people who understand them best.

We believe care operations software should be:

  • easy enough for frontline teams to use
  • clear enough for managers to trust
  • flexible enough for real services
  • structured enough for governance
  • calm enough for busy care environments
AI-assisted, human-led

AI should reduce admin, not replace judgement

LogUp is being designed so technology can help reduce the burden of documentation and make information easier to organise. But final records, approvals, decisions, and governance remain human-led.

LogUp will not silently make care or compliance decisions for teams.

Co-design partners

Help build the system you wish already existed.

We’re looking for a small number of forward-thinking regulated care providers to help shape LogUp while it is still being built. Your feedback will help us understand what actually reduces admin, improves oversight, and supports teams in real care settings.

No sales pitch. Just a focused conversation about what is not working today — and what better could look like.

  • Share what current systems make harder than they should
  • Give feedback on early prototypes
  • Help us understand real operational pressures
  • Shape a product around frontline and governance needs
  • Explore a pilot only when there is a clear fit
